Albizia Tours will organize a tourism
experience for any tourist, whether for a local South African holidaymaker
or an International visitor.
- All booked and planned tours must be fully paid up before the commencement
of that tour.
- Cancellations Policy:
- All tours cancelled within 15 days (2 weeks) of the commencement
of the tour, will be
subject to a 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated
as the total cost
of the pre-booked tour.
- Tours cancelled between 30 days and 16 days will be subject to
50% cancellation fee.
- Where a tour is cancelled longer than 30 days from the commencement
date of the
tour, a cancellation fee of a minimum of 10% of the tour price is
payable.
- A “no show” will be subject to 50% of the tour price
as a penalty fee.
- Children under 12 years may be subject of a discount in certain instances.
- Whenever a senior citizens’ discount applies, this will be passed
on to the client.
- Single supplement charges may be applicable in certain quotations
such as accommodation.
- Albizia Tours reserves the right to alter or amend
an itinerary or tour route in the event of an unexpected occurrence
or happening, especially where safety is concerned.
